The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor officially unveiled

ZeniMax Online Studios has officially announced the following expansion for The Elder Scrolls Online . The extension is called Greymoor and takes you to the western part of the province of Skyrim. There you compete against a group of vampires. Greymoor launches on May 18 for the PC and on June 2 for the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One.

The Elder Scrolls Online is set 900 years before the events in The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim. The atmosphere is completely different this time. Besides the vampires you can expect witches and werewolves as the most important enemies.

According to the developer, the new extension contains more than 30 hours of new content. In addition to numerous new quests, there is also a new Trial called Kyne’s Aegis. Antiquities, on the other hand, is a new profession with which you travel around Tamriel looking for lost artifacts.

Greymoor is part of a new overall story called The Dark Heart of Skyrim. That story begins in February with a free prologue. The Harrowstorm dungeon DLC will follow in March. In May Greymoor launches, followed later this year by two more DLC packages.
